Policy
Add 11.47% Hawaii
State Room Tax. Payment by check, cash or traveler's checks (sorry, no
credit cards). A 50 % deposit is required to secure bookings. Remaining
balance due upon arrival, plus $ 100 refundable deposit. For stays over
2 weeks, there will be a weekly cleaning charge.
Refunds: More than
60 days out refund of the deposit minus 15%. Less than 60 days we will
refund less 15% provided we can re-book the cottage.
Deposit refunded at
time of departure subject to inspection of premises.
